Les présentes conditions générales (les "CGV") régissent la vente des produits présentés sur le site www.cyrillous.com (le " Site Internet ") par la société CYRILLUS, société par actions simplifiée dont le siège social est au 12 rue Dieu, 75 010 PARIS, immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Paris sous le numéro 421 022 997, numéro de TVA intracommunautaire FR90 421022997 (ci-après dénommée " CYRILLUS ").

La société CYRILLUS exploite sous la marque et l’enseigne « CYRILLUS », une activité de ventes d’articles essentiellement destinés à la famille (homme, femme, enfant, bébé) ainsi que des articles de linge de maison et de décoration.

PRÉAMBULE
Les présentes CGV sont conclues entre CYRILLUS et toute personne physique non commerçante souhaitant effectuer un achat via le Site Internet (le « Client »).
Les présentes CGV régissent la vente de l'ensemble des produits présentés sur le Site Internet (ci-après les " Produits ").
CYRILLUS se réserve tout droit de modifier les CGV à tout moment. Cependant, ces nouvelles CGV s'appliqueront uniquement aux commandes passées après leur mise en ligne.
Si une condition venait à faire défaut, elle serait considérée être régie par les usages en vigueur dans le secteur de la vente à distance dont les sociétés ont siège social en France.
1. L'OFFRE
Nos offres de produits sont valables dans la limite des stocks disponibles, partout dans le monde.
Pour les livraisons en France Métropolitaine et Corse (hors DROM COM), Allemagne, Belgique et Suisse, nous vous invitons à vous connectez sur les sites correspondant
Toute contestation sur ce point interviendra dans le cadre d'un éventuel échange et des garanties mentionnées à l’article 7 (les frais de retour seront alors à la charge de CYRILLUS).
Par ailleurs, nous pourrions, du fait de nos fournisseurs, être amenés à vous livrer un article dont la composition est légèrement différente de celle décrite mais en tout état de cause de qualité égale ou supérieure à l'article commandé.
Si cet article livré ne vous convenait pas, vous bénéficiez bien sûr également de la garantie légale de conformité.
2. LES PRIX
Les prix des Produits indiqués sur le Site Internet sont valables pour la durée de mise en ligne.
Pour les expéditions dans l’Union Européenne (hors DROM COM):
Le prix affiché sera toutes taxes comprises. Ces prix tiennent compte de la Taxe sur la Valeur Ajoutée française, ou le cas échéant, du pays de destination, au taux en vigueur au jour de la commande.
Pour les exportations hors Union Européenne et DROM COM:
Le prix affiché sera Hors Taxe .
Le Client devra alors éventuellement acquitter en sus, d’éventuels droits de douane et/ou taxes lors de la livraison des Produits. CYRILLUS n’est pas en mesure de déterminer par avance le montant de ces taxes, dont les taux, l’assiette et les critères diffèrent entre les pays. Le Client peut avant toute commande se rapprocher de son Office national des douanes pour plus de renseignements.
Si une ou plusieurs taxes ou contributions, notamment environnementales, venaient à être créées ou modifiées, en hausse comme en baisse, ce changement pourra être répercuté sur le prix de vente des Produits présents sur le Site Internet et sur les différents supports de vente.
Il est précisé que les prix sont valables uniquement sur le Site Internet et ne peuvent en aucun cas être exigés pour un achat en boutique CYRILLUS
3. LA COMMANDE
3.1 IDENTIFICATION PRÉALABLE DU CLIENT
Pour toute première commande, le Client doit suivre une procédure de création de compte indiquée sur le Site Internet.
3.2 ENREGISTREMENT ET VALIDATION DE LA COMMANDE
Une fois le panier validé, le Client doit choisir l’adresse, le mode de livraison et valider son moyen de paiement : Cette dernière étape formalisera le contrat de vente avec CYRILLUS.
La commande n’est définitivement enregistrée qu’après validation par le Client de son accord de paiement et acceptation par la banque de la transaction.
CYRILLUS accusera réception de la commande par l’envoi d’un email qui contiendra un lien vers les présentes conditions générales de vente. Le Client a également la possibilité d’imprimer un récapitulatif de sa commande directement sur le Site Internet.
Pour toute question relative au suivi de sa commande, le Client peut contacter notre service client via notre formulaire en ligne.
4. LE PAIEMENT
Le paiement pour une commande en ligne s'effectue dès validation de la commande par le Client et acceptation par l’organisme bancaire, par les moyens suivants :
- Par Carte bancaire (carte bleue, e-carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) :
Le compte bancaire du Client sera débité dès validation de sa commande.
Les éventuels frais liés à l’utilisation d’une carte bancaire étrangère sur le Site Internet seront à la charge du Client. Ce dernier est donc invité à se rapprocher de son établissement bancaire afin de se renseigner sur les éventuels frais et/ou commissions de change applicables.
Afin d'assurer la sécurité des paiements, CYRILLUS utilise le service de paiements sécurisés d’un prestataire : ADYEN. Ce service intègre la norme de sécurité SSL3.0. (Les données confidentielles sont cryptées sur le serveur et ne sont à aucun moment transmises sur le serveur informatique CYRILLUS). ADYEN assure ainsi la plus grande sécurité aux données concernant les moyens de paiement de nos Clients. La demande de paiement est routée en temps réel sur le gestionnaire de télépaiement sécurisé ADYEN qui procède aux diverses vérifications pour éviter les abus et les fraudes. Lors de la validation de la commande, le Client devra indiquer son numéro de carte bancaire, sa date d'expiration et son cryptogramme. Les coordonnées de la carte bancaire seront alors conservées sous format crypté jusqu'au paiement effectif de la commande, par le biais de notre prestataire de paiement ADYEN et jusqu'à l'expiration du délai de droit de retour, afin de pouvoir rembourser le Client par crédit de son compte. Les données relatives aux cartes bancaires communiquées lors des commandes ne sont utilisées par ADYEN qu'aux seules fins de réalisation de la transaction.
Dans le cas d'une utilisation frauduleuse de la carte du Client, Le Client invité à contacter immédiatement après le constat de cette utilisation, notre service client au 09 69 32 35 04 du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 18h (heure française), sauf jours fériés .
- Avec un compte PAYPAL : En choisissant le paiement via PayPal, Le Client sera automatiquement dirigé sur son compte PayPal. Une fois le paiement PayPal validé, le Client pourra terminer sa commande sur le Site Internet.
La facture de la commande est disponible sur le compte client du Client.
Sur simple demande, la facture peut être adressée sur support papier.
5. LA LIVRAISON
Seules les commandes avec adresses de facturation et de livraison dans le monde, à l’exception de la France métropolitaine et de la Corse, l’Allemagne, la Belgique et la Suisse sont acceptées depuis le site www.cyrillous.com.
Pour les livraisons en France métropolitaine et la Corse (hors DOM TOM), Allemagne, Belgique et Suisse, le Client peut se connecter sur les sites correspondants :
CYRILLUS fait appel aux services de la société UPS afin de procéder à la livraison des commandes. Les délais de livraisons habituellement constatés sont mentionnés dans le tableau ci-dessous en jours ouvrés, pour toute commande passée avant 18h (heure française), sous réserve de la disponibilité des produits et que les données communiquées soient correctes. En tout état de cause, ces délais ne sauraient dépasser 30 jours.
Le Client peut suivre les étapes d’acheminement de son colis en cliquant sur le lien prévu à cet effet dans l’email de confirmation d’expédition envoyé par la société UPS. Le Client sera redirigé vers le site UPS.
Le colis sera livré au lieu de livraison indiqué par le Client. Les agents d’UPS feront jusqu’à trois passages afin de livrer la commande. Si ces trois passages restent vains, les agents d’UPS essaieront de contacter le Client par téléphone ou mail. Sans retour de sa part dans les 48 heures, la commande sera automatiquement renvoyée à l’entrepôt de CYRILLUS.
Pour chaque commande, il est demandé une participation forfaitaire aux frais de traitement de la commande (port, emballage, confection du colis). Ces frais sont communiqué dans l'étape "Panier" lors du passage de la commande.
La participation est due une seule fois par commande même si celle-ci est livrée en plusieurs colis.
Les coûts de livraison sont des coûts fixes qui varient selon le mode de livraison choisi.
La livraison standard est offerte partout dans le monde dès $165.00 d’achat.

Les délais de services indiqués ci-après ne sont pas garantis pendant certaines périodes de fortes activités, telles les périodes de soldes, et pour certains Produits (ex. Produits brodés et personnalisés), qui ne peuvent bénéficier de ces délais de services. Ainsi lors de la commande, les délais annoncés sur la page livraison sont ajustés en fonction de l’activité et doivent être considérés comme les délais de référence.
Si le Client réside hors Union Européenne, il devra s’acquitter des droits de douanes à la réception de son colis, la marchandise transitant en DDU (Delivery Dutie Unpaid).
Pour les articles livrés non montés, le montage reste à la charge du Client. Ce dernier met lui-même en service le matériel en se conformant aux consignes de mise en service comprises dans la notice d'utilisation.
6. LES RETOURS
Le Client peut demander le remboursement de son produit (excepté ceux exclus par la loi, par exemple les Produits ayant fait l'objet d'une personnalisation sur demande du Client) dans les délais indiqués ci-dessous.
Nous vous encourageons à renvoyer les produits dans leur emballage d’origine, avec tous leurs accessoires, manuels et documents éventuels, afin que leur retour soit traité efficacement et que le remboursement soit émis rapidement. Certains emballages sont spécialement adaptés à certains produits fragiles. Les articles ne peuvent pas avoir été portés en dehors d’un simple essayage, ni lavés, ni retouchés et doivent être sans dommages. Si un article a été trop manipulé ou endommagé (par exemple incomplet, ou sans étiquette), nous ne pourrons malheureusement pas procéder à son remboursement.
Le Client dispose de 15 jours à compter de la réception du dernier colis de sa commande pour nous notifier son souhait de rétractation sur son compte client.
Le Client dispose de 15 jours supplémentaires à compter de l’envoi de la notification de retour (soit 30 jours à compter de la réception du dernier article de votre commande), pour nous retourner le produit, selon les dispositions ci-dessous.

Si le Client réside hors Union Européenne, il devra s’acquitter des droits de douanes à la réception de son colis, la marchandise transitant en DDU (Delivery Dutie Unpaid). Pour retourner un produit de sa commande, le Client devra se présenter auprès du transporteur de son choix (par exemple les services postaux locaux) et remplir une déclaration d’export. Il sera alors demandé le pays d’origine de la marchandise (pays de fabrication figurant sur l’étiquette de l’article: « made in »), le montant d’origine et l’INCOTERM choisi. Ce dernier sera DDU : Delivery Dutie Unpaid. Le Client devra s’acquitter des frais de retours mais pas à payer les droits à l’exportation.
Les acheteurs canadiens peuvent bénéficier d'un remboursement intégral des droits de douane et taxes sur les retours, conformément aux exigences de l'AGENCE DES SERVICES FRONTALIERS DU CANADA (ASFC).
CYRILLUS s'engage alors à rembourser le Client , sous réserve du respect des conditions ci-dessus mentionnées, les sommes dans les meilleurs délais et au plus tard dans les 14 jours suivant la réception de la preuve (récépissés, tamponnés et datés de la Poste, de dépôts de colis suivis) de l’envoi du colis à notre attention ou de la réception du colis par nos soins (la première de ces deux dates étant retenue).
Le remboursement sera effectué via le moyen de paiement de la commande retournée.
Ainsi si la commande a été réglée :
- Par carte bancaire et que la carte bancaire est encore valide, le remboursement du retour se fera directement par crédit sur le compte bancaire attaché à cette carte.
- Par Paypal, et que le compte Paypal est toujours actif, le remboursement du retour sera effectué sur ce compte Paypal.
7. LES GARANTIES
7.1 LES GARANTIES LÉGALES
Pour tout achat passé sur le Site Internet, le Client bénéficie de la garantie légale de conformité (articles L217-4 et suivant du Code de la Consommation) et de la garantie contre les vices cachés (articles 1641 et suivants du Code Civil), permettant aux clients de renvoyer les Produits livrés défectueux ou non conformes.
Garantie légale de conformité : Lorsque le Client agit en garantie légale de conformité, le Client :
- Bénéficie d'un délai de deux ans à compter de la délivrance du Produit pour agir ;
- Peut choisir entre la réparation ou le remplacement du Produit, sous réserve des conditions de coût prévues par l'article L. 217-9 du code de la consommation ;
- Etre dispensé de rapporter la preuve de l'existence du défaut de conformité du Produit durant les 24 mois suivant la délivrance du Produit au-delà.
La garantie légale de conformité s'applique indépendamment de la garantie commerciale éventuellement consentie.
Garantie des vices cachés : Le Client peut décider de mettre en œuvre la garantie contre les défauts cachés de la chose vendue au sens de l'article 1641 du code civil. Dans cette hypothèse, le Client peut choisir entre la résolution de la vente ou une réduction du prix de vente conformément à l'article 1644 du code civil.
Garantie légale de conformité :
Article L217-4 code de la consommation :
Le vendeur est tenu de livrer un bien conforme au contrat et répond des défauts de conformité existant lors de la délivrance. Il répond également des défauts de conformité résultant de l'emballage, des instructions de montage ou de l'installation lorsque celle-ci a été mise à sa charge par le contrat ou a été réalisée sous sa responsabilité.
Article L217-5 code de la consommation :
Pour être conforme au contrat, le bien doit :
Etre propre à l'usage habituellement attendu d'un bien semblable et, le cas échéant :
- Correspondre à la description donnée par le vendeur et posséder les qualités que celui-ci a présentées à l'acheteur sous forme d'échantillon ou de modèle ;
- Présenter les qualités qu'un acheteur peut légitimement attendre eu égard aux déclarations publiques faites par le vendeur, par le producteur ou par son représentant, notamment dans la publicité ou l'étiquetage ;
Ou présenter les caractéristiques définies d'un commun accord par les parties ou être propre à tout usage spécial recherché par l'acheteur, porté à la connaissance du vendeur et que ce dernier a accepté
Article L217-12 code de la consommation :
L'action résultant du défaut de conformité se prescrit par deux ans à compter de la délivrance du bien.
Garantie des vices cachés :
Article 1641 code civil :
Le vendeur est tenu de la garantie à raison des défauts cachés de la chose vendue qui la rendent impropre à l'usage auquel on la destine, ou qui diminuent tellement cet usage, que l'acheteur ne l'aurait pas acquise, ou n'en aurait donné qu'un moindre prix, s'il les avait connus.
Article 1648 al 1er code civil :
L'action résultant des vices rédhibitoires doit être intentée par l'acquéreur dans un délai de deux ans à compter de la découverte du vice.
7.2 PIÈCES DÉTACHÉES
La durée de la disponibilité des pièces détachées de nos Produits est égale à 6 mois.
Pour les Produits sous garantie commerciale des fabricants, la durée de la disponibilité des pièces est égale à la durée de ladite garantie commerciale, dans la limite des stocks disponibles.
8. ENVIRONNEMENT
8.1 ARTICLES D'AMEUBLEMENT ET APPAREILS ÉLECTRIQUES ET ÉLECTRONIQUES
Dans un souci de protection environnementale, pour l’achat d’un article d’ameublement ou d’un appareil électrique ou électronique neuf, une éco-participation est incluse dans le prix des Produits. Cette contribution permet de participer au financement de la collecte, du tri et du recyclage des articles électriques ou électroniques ou d’ameublement usagés. En tant que contribution, elle ne peut bénéficier d’aucune réduction. Cette participation est financée exclusivement par le consommateur à l'achat d'un nouvel appareil neuf. En contrepartie, les procédures d'élimination et de recyclage sont prises en charge par les producteurs ou distributeurs.
Lorsque que le Client achète un appareil électrique ou électronique sur le Site Internet, CYRILLUS s’engage à reprendre l’ancien appareil du même type, en état de propreté, débranché et pouvant être manipulé sans danger.

8.3. TRI SÉLECTIF
Le logo Triman apposé sur un Produit signifie que ce dernier est soumis à une consigne de tri, et qu’il doit être jeté dans un container de recyclage. Il va être apposé sur l’ensemble des Produits de consommation qui sont collectés par des éco-organismes et dont la « recyclabilité » est assurée, et notamment catalogues papiers, prospectus commerciaux ainsi que les équipements d’ameublements, les textiles ou encore les chaussures. Ils doivent donc être triés par vos soins.
Le Triman peut figurer sur les Produits ou sur l’emballage, la notice ou tout autre support y compris dématérialisé.
Les piles, accumulateurs usagés, déchets d’équipements électriques et électroniques sont également soumis à des consignes de tris, mais ont des marquages spécifiques.
9. DONNEES NOMINATIVES
Lors de la commande, les données nominatives feront l'objet d'un traitement informatique.
L'Utilisateur est invité à se reporter à l'onglet "Protection de la Vie Privée & Cookies" du Site Internet pour obtenir toutes les informations relatives à ce point.
10. LA PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE
Tous les éléments du Site Internet, qu'ils soient visuels ou sonores, y compris la technologie sous-jacente, sont protégés par le droit d'auteur, des marques ou des brevets. De même, les marques, logos, dessins et modèles figurant sur le Site Internet sont la propriété exclusive de CYRILLUS. Leur divulgation ne saurait en aucun cas être interprétée comme accordant une licence ou un droit d'utilisation quelconque des dites marques et éléments distinctifs protégés par le droit d'auteur. Ils ne peuvent donc être utilisés sous peine de contrefaçon. Ainsi, aucun des documents provenant du Site Internet ne peut être copié, reproduit, republié, téléchargé, posté, transmis ou distribué d'aucune manière que ce soit.
Cependant, il est possible de télécharger une copie des documents sur un ordinateur pour votre utilisation personnelle et uniquement à des fins non commerciales, à condition que vous ne modifiez pas les informations contenues et que vous conserviez intacts tous les copyrights et autres mentions de propriété. La modification de ces documents ou leur utilisation dans un autre but constitue une infraction au droit de propriété intellectuelle de CYRILLUS.
Si vous disposez d'un site Internet à titre personnel et que vous désirez placer, pour un usage personnel, sur votre site un lien simple renvoyant directement à la page d'accueil du Site Internet, vous devez obligatoirement en demander l'autorisation à la société CYRILLUS. Il ne s'agira pas dans ce cas d'une convention implicite d'affiliation.
En revanche, tout lien hypertexte renvoyant au Site Internet et utilisant la technique du framing ou du in-line linking est formellement interdit. Dans tous les cas, tout lien, même tacitement autorisé, devra être retiré sur simple demande de CYRILLUS.
11. L'INTEGRALITE
Dans l'hypothèse où l'une des clauses des CGV serait nulle et non avenue par un changement de législation, de réglementation ou par une décision de justice, cela ne saurait en aucun cas affecter la validité et le respect des présentes CGV.
12. LA RESPONSABILITE
CYRILLUS a pour toutes les étapes de prise de commande ainsi que pour les étapes postérieures à la conclusion du contrat de vente une obligation de résultat.
Ainsi CYRILLUS s'engage à décrire avec la plus grande exactitude les Produits vendus sur le Site Internet. En revanche, la responsabilité de CYRILLUS ne pourrait être engagée dans le cas où l'inexécution de ses obligations serait imputable soit au fait imprévisible et insurmontable d'un tiers au contrat soit à un cas de force majeure telle que définie par la jurisprudence française. CYRILLUS ne pourra voir sa responsabilité engagée pour les inconvénients et dommages relatifs à l'utilisation du réseau Internet tels notamment une rupture dans le service, la présence de virus informatiques ou intrusions extérieures ou plus généralement tous cas qualifiés de force majeure par les tribunaux français.
Le Site Internet est conforme à la législation française, et en aucun cas, CYRILLUS ne donne de garantie de conformité à la législation locale qui vous serait applicable, dès lors que vous accédez au Site Internet à partir d'autres pays.
13. LE REGLEMENT DES LITIGES
13.1 MÉDIATION
Pour toute réclamation relative à votre commande, merci de nous contacter via notre formulaire en ligne en cliquez ici
Conformément aux dispositions du Code de la Consommation concernant le règlement amiable des litiges, CYRILLUS a désigné en qualité de Médiateur de la consommation le Centre de médiation et d’arbitrage de Paris (CMAP). . Après réclamation écrite adressée auprès de Cyrillus, le consommateur peut saisir le CMAP :

- ou par courrier postal à l’adresse CMAP – Service Médiation de la consommation, 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt – 75008 PARIS.
Le litige ne peut être examiné par le médiateur de la consommation que si :
a) Le Client a déjà tenté, au préalable, de résoudre ce litige auprès de notre service client par une réclamation écrite selon les modalités prévues, le cas échéant, dans le contrat ;
b) La demande n’est pas infondée ou abusive ;
c) Le litige est déjà en cours d’examen par un autre médiateur ou un tribunal ;
d) La demande a été introduite auprès du médiateur dans l’année qui suit la réclamation écrite auprès de notre service client ;
e) Le litige doit entrer dans le champ de compétence du médiateur de la consommation.
Quel que soit le moyen utilisé pour saisir le CMAP, la demande doit contenir les éléments suivants pour être traitée avec rapidité : Les coordonnées postales, téléphoniques du Client et son email ainsi que le nom et l’adresse de l'établissement concerné, un exposé succinct des faits, et la preuve des démarches préalables auprès de l'établissement concerné.
Le Client peut également présenter sa réclamation sur la plateforme de résolution des litiges mise en ligne par la Commission Européenne à l'adresse suivante : http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ La Commission Européenne transférera la réclamation aux médiateurs nationaux compétents.
13.2 LOI APPLICABLE ET COMPÉTENCE JURIDICTIONNELLE
A défaut de solution amiable, toute action judiciaire sera portée :
- En cas d'action du Client : devant la juridiction choisie par ce dernier.
- En cas d'action de CYRILLUS : devant la juridiction du lieu du domicile du défendeur ou du lieu de la livraison effective du Produit concerné, au choix de CYRILLUS.
Les présentes CGV, qui régissent tout achat par un consommateur sur le présent Site Internet, sont soumises à la loi française.
Le Site Internet est conforme à la législation française, et en aucun cas, CYRILLUS ne donne de garantie de conformité à la législation locale qui vous serait applicable, dès lors que vous accédez au Site Internet à partir d'autres pays.

3. THE ORDER
3.1 LOG IN
The Customer can follow a procedure to create an account as indicated on the website.
3.2 ORDER AND CONFIRMATION
Once, the Customers have selected all the Products they wish to order, they must choose the address and mode of delivery, and finally validate the method of payment. This last step will formalize the contract of sale between the Customer and CYRILLUS.
Validating the order implies express acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Cyrillus acknowledge receipt of the order by sending an email within 48 hours (except orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays).

4. PAYMENT
Payment for an online order is made at the time of the order, using one of the following procedures :

The Customer shall bear any costs related to the use of a foreign credit card on the Website: CYRILLUS advises the Client to contact their bank to find out about any applicable fees and/or exchange commissions.
The account will be debited as-and- measuring sending the Products. Then the flow amount of the order may be made in installments according to the different delivery dates of his Products.
To ensure payment security, CYRILLUS uses the secure payment services of a service provider : ADYEN. This service uses the SSL3.0 security standard. (Confidential data are encrypted on the ADYEN server and are at no time transmitted over CYRILLUS IT server). As such, ADYEN ensures the highest level of security of the data related to the payment methods of our customers. In real-time, your payment request is sent to the ADYEN secure online payment manager, which carries out various verifications in order to prevent abuse and fraud. At the time of placing your order, you must indicate your credit card number, the expiry date and the security code. The contact details for the credit card will then be saved in encrypted format until the actual and total payment for the order, by means of our payment service provider ADYEN, and until the end of the timeframe for your right to return the Product, in order to be able to reimburse you by crediting your account. Credit card data provided at the time of placing your orders are only used by ADYEN for the purposes of carrying out the transaction. CYRILLUS uses the services of the UPS company for the delivery of your orders. The usual delivery times are indicated in business days in the following table, for any order placed before 6 PM (French time), subject to availability of the products and provided that you have submitted correct data. In any event, these timeframes will not be longer than 30 days.
The Customer can track his parcel’s delivery. To do so, the Customer have only to click on the link provided for this purpose in the shipping confirmation e-mail sent by the UPS company.
The parcel will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The UPS agents will make three attempts to deliver the order. After three unsuccessful attempts, the UPS agents will try to contact the Customer by telephone or e-mail. Should he not respond within 48 hours, the order will be automatically returned to CYRILLUS.

6. REFUND SERVICE
The Customer can request a refund (except those excluded by law, such as products which have been the subject of personalization on your request) within the time period mentioned below.
We encourage you to return products in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documents delivered with them, so your return can be processed efficiently to enable a quick refund. Some packaging is adapted specifically to protect fragile products. Items must not have been worn (except to try on), washed or altered and they must not be damaged. Unfortunately, if an item has been visibly handled or if it is damaged (eg. if it is incomplete or the labels have been removed), we will not be able to provide a refund.
The Customer have 15 days from receipt of the final package of his order to notify his wish to withdraw your order either by mail or email .
The Customer have an additional 15 days from notification date (30 days from receipt of the final package of his order) to return the item.
Even if The Customer have not notified us of his intention to withdraw, CYRILLUS still accepts the return of his product, when it is returned to us within 30 days after delivery of the last package of your order.

If the Customer resides within the European Union, they will return their order by their own means and at their expense (in the absence of more favourable national provisions), while selecting the carrier of their choice (local postal services, UPS, DHL ...). Nevertheless, if the Customer refuse the parcel at the time of its delivery (for example, if the parcel is damaged), it will be returned to CYRILLUS by UPS. In this case, the cost of returning the goods will not be charged to the Customer and the price of the order will be refunded.
If the Customer lives outside of the European Union, the Customer must pay the customs duties when receiving his parcel, as the merchandise is sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Should the Customer wish to return his order, the Customer must visit the offices of the carrier of his choice (for example the local postal services) in order to fill out an export declaration. the Customer will then be asked to indicate the country of origin of the merchandise (manufacturing country indicated on the item’s “made in” label), the original amount and the selected INCOTERM. The latter will be DDU: Delivery Duty Unpaid. the Customer will then have to pay the return shipment cost, but will not have to pay the export duties.
CYRILLUS will then reimburse The Customer, subject to the conditions mentioned above, the amounts as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of proof (stamped and dated by the carrier) of sending the parcel to our attention or receipt of the parcel by us (the first of these dates will prevail).
The refund will be made according to the type of payment for the order being returned.
In other words, if the products were paid for:
· - By bank card, and the bank card is still valid, the refund for his returns will be paid straight into the bank account associated with your card.
· - By PayPal, and your PayPal account is still active, the refund for his returns will be paid into this PayPal account.
7. GUARANTEES
For all your purchases, you get the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code), enabling customers to return the defective or non-conforming delivered Products.

If the Customer lives outside of the European Union, the Customer must pay the customs duties when receiving his parcel, as the merchandise is sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Should the Customer wish to return his order, the Customer must visit the offices of the carrier of his choice (for example the local postal services) in order to fill out an export declaration. the Customer will then be asked to indicate the country of origin of the merchandise (manufacturing country indicated on the item’s “made in” label), the original amount and the selected INCOTERM. 7. GUARANTEES

3. THE ORDER

6. REFUND SERVICE
The Customer can request a refund (except those excluded by law, such as products which have been the subject of personalization on your request) within the time period mentioned below.
We encourage you to return products in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documents delivered with them, so your return can be processed efficiently to enable a quick refund. Some packaging is adapted specifically to protect fragile products. Items must not have been worn (except to try on), washed or altered and they must not be damaged.
